For orders with multiple items, please note that only the affected product can be returned and replaced. Missing Product

Should you discover a missing item in your order, we kindly ask that you inform us within 5 days of delivery by sending an email to info@thegudway.com. Please provide your order number, an image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the opened box displaying all items received. While we are unable to process refund requests for missing items, we will be more than happy to promptly resend the missing product to you. Spoiled Product

In the rare occurrence of spoilage, we kindly request that you notify us within 10 days of delivery by emailing info@thegudway.com. Please include your order number, date of packaging/manufacture, and clear images or a video of the spoiled product. Please understand that we cannot accept returns based on taste, texture, color, or aroma variations, as our products are naturally crafted and may exhibit slight differences between batches. However, we are fully committed to finding a fair solution and will replace the spoiled product after conducting a thorough investigation.
